I am a New Jersey certified Elementary Education Teacher and Teacher of Reading. I have 10 years experience as a classroom teacher and 5 years as a Basic Skills Teacher. I have had 20+ years as a tutor at the elementary and middle school level. It is my greatest love in all of teaching! ADD/ADHD
At the Frelinghuysen Twp. Board of Education I was Personal Care Aide assigned to work with autistic student to implement all aspects of IEP. (8 Years experience). Being a highly adaptable and versatile educator has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children, including those with ADD/ADHD, autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, non-compliant behavior and learning disabilities. Consequently, I have gained in-depth knowledge of accommodating different styles of learners and incorporating effective methods to meet students’ unique needs. I am ABA trained.
